We are at the foot of the Marmolada, in quiet surroundings where you can enjoy summer and winter holidays made of skiing in the Dolomiti Superski resort, trekking, every kind of sport activities, relaxation, a lot of nature, events and local handicrafts.

In winter with or without skis
From the residence you can reach in a few minutes the ski runs of the Arabba/Marmolada ski area and dash through slopes and trails practicing the skiing discipline you prefer: downhill skiing, cross country skiing, ski carving, telemark skiing, snowboarding.
If you don't want to use your car, the ski bus stops just in front of the Sol e Nef residence and takes you to the ski runs of the Marmolada and the Sella Group, included in the Dolomiti Superski resort. And from here you can explore the Sellaronda, the ski route around the Sella Group, or the First World War ski tour. And in the evening you can come back to the hamlet with the skis still at your feet!
If you don't ski you can choose between snowshoe trails, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowmobile trails, ice climbing, or ice skating on the Arabba floodlit ice rink, just a few kilometers from the residence.
Summer, a color explosion
In summer, from the residence you can quickly reach the starting points for your excursions. In fact this area features many simple and safe trekking, motor biking or mountain biking trails surrounded by a colorful and uncontaminated nature: Fedaia mountain pass, Malga Ciapela, “Serai” of Sottoguda.
Here you can practice many sports: mountaineering, sport fishing in the Pettorina stream, or trekking on the vie ferrate, like the Via Ferrata della Marmolada. The hamlet has also a football field and a tennis court.
